The team provided a well-organised service. I was there for 1 night and ate at beachside restaurant except for breakfast which was forgettable. This location was marvellous, really close to the airport/marina, and nature and a beautiful beach.
It was all superb!

the room was great. altho too far from the lobby.
speakin english was a barrier problem as i needed to book a taxi, and had to ask 3 different people, also i rang the night before advising i would need help with my bags to be brought to the lobby for the taxi at 7am, and noone came, i had to ring again in the morning.

The rooms were extremely pleasant and well-appointed. Loved incredibly nice breakfast options with Asian options, salad plus Thai food.

The airport transfer was fairly cheap (at 280thb) and was easy to organise.
For what we paid (2600thb) for the room, we were very disappointed. Our room had ants in it, stains on the bed side table from previous visitors, aircon was very noisy and after getting it fixed, the swing function no longer worked so cold air was constantly blowing on the bed. You also couldn't turn the aircon down low (low was high and high was higher) which meant it had to be turned on and off throughout the night , which had to be done at the wall. When we first got there (3:20pm - an hour and 20mins after check in time) we were asked to wait for an hour. when I realised what time it was I was furious (as we had just gotten off a plane from koh samui to krabi and endured a 2hr taxi ride to Nai Yang) so I demnded that they put us in a room immidiately which after 5mind of ignoring me, they did. The breakfast at the La Romana Italian Restaurant (which serves about 5 different Italian dishes and 30 Thai dishes) was a huge disappointment to us. Over the last 15 days we have stayed at 11 resorts in patong, Phuket and all around koh samui, and this breakfast was the worst. The food we wanted to eat, such as the fruit was exposed and had flies on it. We ate hardly a thing that morning. There were places that we stayed at that were cheaper that had aspects to them that were disappointing but that's because they were cheap. The Nai Yang Beach Resort wasn't cheap at all.

I liked the excellent design of the whole hotel and outside area. The room is very spacious, nice bathroom, good beds and nice satelite tv. The park itself is beautyfull, the swimmingpool which has 2 levels is very relaxing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. There is a free dropoff service which will bring you to town, and also picks you up if requisted.

The location is amazing, situated in a National Park, and the room was functional with a pleasant view.

strong, hot shower, spacious room
poor insulation between rooms meant that it was very noisy in the middle of the night. specifically, when the guy next door brought a prostitute back with him at 2:00 in the morning, we could hear her moaning and him smacking her for the next two hours.

We truly enjoyed nice breakfasts and delightful views!
the service was exceptional, the food was good. we didn't have time and didn't try the pool, nevertheless it was lovely. location: the hotel was short walk to restaurants and bars and airport and clean beach. there was a beachside restaurant nearby.
